"Tuesday, February 7, 2023, CW (Charles Waterman) of Commercial Home Services In Camdenton Missouri, installed a new thermostat for the furnace in my house in Eldon Missouri. After he had left the thermostat wasnâ t working correctly, so I called him the next day to see if he could return and take a look at it. Over the next few days I contacted him several times. Apparently he had a very busy week, but first thing Monday morning February 13, 2023 he called me back and said that he would go by the house that morning and take a look at the thermostat. He found the thermostat was working but the furnace had several problems which he informed me would be fairly expensive to repair. I have decided to replace the furnace which is over 30 years old with a heat pump. Charles has been courteous and very helpful. I appreciate what heâ s done for us and would recommend him."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! A-1 was quick to respond and to perform the work. Their bid was half of that from another company. They were very professional, quickly performing the job and leaving the job site in better condition than before they started. They took care to not cause additional ground damage (such as ruts due to using large equipment on soft ground from recent rains. They care about doing a good job and having satisfied customers. I highly recommend them for any work you may have."
