"Tim did a great job dealing with the challenges of installing a carpet runner on a 145-year old staircase.  None of the steps were the same size and most of them unsquare, missing part of the nose, etc. etc. etc.  He was able to navigate those challenges and complete a beautiful runner installation.  This included having to cut the carpet around a huge bannister post at the bottom of the steps, it all turned out great.  We don't anticipate having any new carpeting put down, but if we did, we would certainly consider using Hampton again.  Anytime someone asks who did our runner, we will certainly give positive reviews of Tim and Hampton Flooring.

"The appointment had to be set up for 3 weeks out due to them being busy. When the day of the appointment came, they showed up right on time, very prompt. They quickly setup and cleaned my chimney; it did not take them long to finish -- under 15 minutes. While they were pretty careful to keep my carpet clean, laying down a protective cloth, they did leave one spot, about 6" by 4", of soot on my carpet. Other than that, they left everything as they found it. It seems like they did a good job.

"Received response from Owner within 2 hours and arranged cleaning which, fortunately for me, was right away (usually you have to schedule in advance, however, she had an opening the next day). Sweet Dreams Clean Team members were on-time, friendly, and professional.
