"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

"Tim did a great job dealing with the challenges of installing a carpet runner on a 145-year old staircase.  None of the steps were the same size and most of them unsquare, missing part of the nose, etc. etc. etc.  He was able to navigate those challenges and complete a beautiful runner installation.  This included having to cut the carpet around a huge bannister post at the bottom of the steps, it all turned out great.  We don't anticipate having any new carpeting put down, but if we did, we would certainly consider using Hampton again.  Anytime someone asks who did our runner, we will certainly give positive reviews of Tim and Hampton Flooring.

"Andy and his crew showed up on time every day and completed the job in 2 working days. After everyday of work they clean the work area and vacuumed up all of the dust and debris. Andy went out of his way to make sure the flooring was installed and the stairs were finished in time for Christmas. "it went very well. We had just had a contractor remove our acoustic ceiling and replace it. we did not plan on getting carpet right away because of finances. we decided while all the furniture was moved out, we should go ahead and replace the carpet. we bought our carpet from a wholesaler who referred us to several installers. we called several who would not be available for a couple of months.  when we called World Class Floors and explained the situation, they were happy to fit us in. 
they always showed up on time and the men were very professional.  they had the job done in 2 days and it looks beautiful.
