"Overall, the carpets were very clean when they left. However, I felt that I had been "upsold" on the cleaning and ended up paying a lot more than I wanted to have my carpets cleaned. I was told that due to the type of carpet I have, it would need a "deep clean" because the regular clean covered by by Groupon wouldn't clean it well enough. The guy was pretty big, and obviously knows my home, so I felt intimidated and didn't want to say no. Plus I was told there were stains that might not come out with the regular clean and I really didn't want him to leave and still have stains so I went ahead with the deep clean...an extra $100+ that I wasn't expecting to spend.  (I was debating going with the regular clean to see if they'd come out but was afraid they'd just leave the stains to make a point.)
He was friendly enough, and out in less than two hours, but combined with the hard sell and forgetting the duct inspection, I was really turned off and I wouldn't recommend him nor will I use this company again.

"I am quite happy with the process and results. Biggest problem is my small dog who thinks she should only potty on carpet Not grass. Cleaning took care of carpet. Now to retrain dog!"

"Had Absolute Clean investigate what looked like mold on my carpet, but they were able to rule it out. I was grateful they did not try and charge me for services I didn't need, and they were very friendly about the situation. I would definitely use them in the future if I needed help!

"It went great! Great communication and quick timing. He cleaned some super dirty carpet and made it look very good. It looked really bad and now it looks very good. I'm not ashamed to show it when I put my house on the market. The dogs had gotten it dirty with muddy paws. Looks basically new again. Thanks Sol!"
