He did not once make me feel like I was bothering him. The day Rich arrived it was snowing. He went to great lengths to protect my floors and my freshly painted hallway walls. The carpet looks, feels and smells clean. I was originally planning on tearing out our basement family room carpet, but Rich made it look like it was brand new.
