"Richard asked pertinent questions before starting the job. He did terrific work. The carpet even went into the closets so there was quite a bit to be done. He gave me some tips on spot cleaning because I am moving in with two cats. A very knowledgeable man with a pleasant personality. I felt he was reasonable with the price also.
