"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. "We have had Frank and his employees clean the carpets in pour previous property many times.  Most recently we were having the carpets cleaned after a renter moved out and we were putting the property up for sale.  The best way I can describe their work is to say that it is true to their name, "Like New Again".  In fact each time we have had them out to clean our carpets the carpets looked brand new again.  The technicians were very knowledgable and cautioned us appropriately on tough stains after the renters had moved out.  However, all the stains came up.  They have always been prompt and always give us a follow up call to make sure everything went well.  Even though we have never had any problems with the service, I am confident that Frank would fix anything that we found lacking.

"They moved the furniture as well as installed the carpet.  It looks beautiful.  I especially like the carpet on the stairs which is a trickier part of the installation.  They even cut a piece of the old carpet and put it down on the storage room floor.  That was service above and beyond what they contracted to do.  I highly recommend these installers.
