"Kwik Dry did excellent work in our home! After requesting quotes from multiple carpet cleaners, we chose Kwik Dry because they were the most reasonably priced. My husband and I were thankful that Kwik Dry's price was exactly as advertised. Many other companies claimed to have a good rate, then jacked up the prices with service fees. The owner of Kwik Dry also was kind enough to talk through any questions I had over the phone so I wouldn't encounter any surprises on the day of the cleaning. The work that Kwik Dry did on our carpets was great! The job was finished within a couple of hours with excellent results. Our carpets are so much cleaner! I recommend requesting Zach and Vinny. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! They even thought about the little things, such as working in a way that would preserve the satisfying pattern they made with the machine. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. "Sol and his associate arrived right on time and put shoe covers on to enter our home.  Our carpets were really dirty and had some pretty bad stains.  The got all the stains out and left the carpet looking brand new.  They took so much time to make sure they got every corner, they moved furniture and put guards under every piece after they were done.  Our stairs that they cleaned looked brand new.  They were professional, courteous and did the best job I have ever had done in all the years I have had carpets cleaned.  I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.

"Overall, the carpets were very clean when they left. However, I felt that I had been "upsold" on the cleaning and ended up paying a lot more than I wanted to have my carpets cleaned. I was told that due to the type of carpet I have, it would need a "deep clean" because the regular clean covered by by Groupon wouldn't clean it well enough. The guy was pretty big, and obviously knows my home, so I felt intimidated and didn't want to say no. Plus I was told there were stains that might not come out with the regular clean and I really didn't want him to leave and still have stains so I went ahead with the deep clean...an extra $100+ that I wasn't expecting to spend.  (I was debating going with the regular clean to see if they'd come out but was afraid they'd just leave the stains to make a point.)
He was friendly enough, and out in less than two hours, but combined with the hard sell and forgetting the duct inspection, I was really turned off and I wouldn't recommend him nor will I use this company again.
