"John has been our go-to guy for several years now. We live in an early 70s home, and as with all older homes there are repairs that are needed fairly often. From the first time he worked for us, identifying that a leak originated from a roof vent that had been knocked slightly askew in a storm and rain water had gradually seeped down the pipes and terminated above our kitchen cabinets, he has always been prompt, courteous, professional in every way, and just an all around nice guy to work with. And the pricing has always been fair. Since then he has installed a number of appliances and fixed sundry leaks for us. Can't recommend him or his company enough. Give them a try."

"beautiful work - looks like new tub"

"The process took about 6 hours. The young man who did it was a very nice guy. 
The smell was awful, but we knew it would be.
The tub looked much better when it was completed. The only drawback thus far is that there is one tiny spot where it doesn't look like the shiny finish adhered and there is a chip in the surface from something falling (very lightweight, but chipped nonetheless). Oh, and the bath mat situation (not their fault). You can't use a regular bath mat after this process because the suction cups will lift the paint surface. We finally found something that helped eliminate slippage but it isn't as workable as a regular bath mat. I don't feel as secure as I did on the old mat.
I have not yet contacted the company to ask if there is something we can do about the small dull area. It isn't very noticeable. Also haven't asked if we can fix the chip. Most of the time the tub looks amazing, the only time we can see the many pre-existing defects (with the original, 90 year old badly beaten down tub) is when it is early morning and the sun is shining directly into it.
I would definitely use this company again.

"If I could give more stars I would. I can't tell you how grateful I am to this company and especially the owner, Silvio. St. Louis experienced temperatures that were record breaking over the holidays and I had 2 pipes that burst right near Christmas Eve. I initially had a plumber that came on an emergency visit to fix the one pipe along with Roto Rooter, but then needed assessment and repair to the upstairs bathroom. I called Flow King from Thumbtack, on New Years Eve hoping to make a future appointment, and he came that day! He as able to hear where the water was leaking from, therefore pinpointing the place of the break WITHOUT pulling my heavy double sink vanity from the wall that would have created additional expense. He was able to replace the broken piece of the pipe without much invasion, determine that my water heater was old and creating sediment and calcium to settle which was causing previous slow water flow and hot water that wasn't sustainable. He understands and complies with insurance. He communicated in writing what was done, and what needed to be done due to the damage of the pipe and within days had a crew out to replace the water heater. The faucets were also needing to possibly be replaced due to damage and he worked with me to get something similar and the best price. He took his time to pick up the faucets and came the next day to follow up and see how the water heater was performing and after removing the calcium deposits and sediment that was flowing through my water, he saw that the current faucets worked fine after he cleaned them. Silvio saved me the money of two new faucets. His extensive knowledge is unmatched and his attention to details is incredible. His crew were respectful and trustworthy! Silvio also communicates thoroughly via phone and text to make sure I understood what he saw and what needed to be done with the most safe and economical process. He even sent me a video of the water flow that was now coming out after he knew to drain and clean them, whereas before he arrived, there was none. I highly recommend Silvio and Flow King Rooter! He cares about his customers and works 24/7 regardless of holidays. Good plumbers are very hard to find and trust. Silvio has an outstanding reputation that I can attest to.
