He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

The man I spoke with on the phone went through step by step what I needed to do to shut off the water because it was leaking all over my floor. They were prompt and had wonderful customer service. The tech had a badge on with his picture and the company name which made me feel very secure to let them into my home in the middle of the night. I can not say enugh about Reeds 24HR Plumbing. I would use them again and would definatlty recommend them to my friends and family. OH and the cost was very reasonable for having to come out in the middle of the night!
