We recently moved and called Carter to move the softener to our new house. Jeff is punctual, courteous, prepared, and professional. High quality unit and installation at a reasonable price. Bigger homes is on a case-by-case basis. If the house is under 1000 sq feet I charge $300. Multi family dwellings cost more and depends on the size. I recently did a 4 apartment unit where there were four different living units. I charged $800 for this inspection because It requires the generation of 4 reports. If there is a crawl space I charge an additional $50 because of the time and safety equipment that must be used to safely do the inspection. I DO NOT DO TERMITE INSPECTIONS BUT CAN ARRANGE FOR AN INSPECTION IF YOU NEED ONE. I give a $25 discount to military, first responders, and reserve and guard.
