They were to seal the house and rid of mice. They checked the exterior of the house set traps in the attic and promised to return in a week or two. They never came to check the traps. We still have mice there has been no change. Over the next three months I text twice (which showed as read) and an email with no response. They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee. but will not respond to my text. They have been paid and we see NO results.

Larry did a great job - set trap & we caught a possum & a raccoon which he relocated. Never caught the skunk. He sealed the space under my shed so wild animals cannot live there. He was great!

This is the second year that we have used Blackhawk for my parents' home. Last year it was carpenter ants and this year it was tiny ants. I did hire him again! First used Larry 3 or 4 years ago with great results. Saw a mouse and some poop again, and called him back. He found a place outside where some material plugging the hole around my AC hose had been disrupted during my summer landscaping. He plugged it, set traps, and came back on a weekly or biweekly basis until no mice were in the traps. I hate mice, and he made sure the traps were where I didn't have to look at them, and my dogs couldn't get at them.

Everything went great. Larry did a thorough review inside the garage and outside the house. He plugged up the potential access points, set traps, and came back a couple of times to check on them. Larry was very professional and easy to work with. I will hire him again for any pest control work needed in the future.

Larry came a bit late but he terminate one major wasp sources which locates in the vent of my fireplace. He thoroughly check my fireplace to see where the wasps came from. Then he checked on the surrounding of the house and found 2 other wasp nest and he took care of it.

Larry was great, he sprayed for bugs (mainly spiders) and took care of the pest problem - located how they were entering the garage and blocked the entrance so that no more could enter. He returned weekly until all the ones who had gotten in were removed! I would definitely recommend. This is the 2nd time I have contacted him and both times were excellent, I will defintely be calling him again for my next bug spray.

Josh came and plugged up some holes in the exterior of the house and set traps. We caught a few mice and then they stopped showing up in the traps. We would hire them again.

Blackhawk returned weekly until the mice were gone. They persisted until the problem was solved!!!

Larry will inspect the house outside and in the garage to find where their entry points are and seal them. Inside, he will set multiple traps and come back weekly to empty and reload until no more little critters roaming around the house. Larry is great, easygoing, friendly, and a competent professional. The mice were gone with a day of his outdoor traps. We never had a mouse set a trap in the basement. The stink and other residue from the vermin was eliminated.

I wish I'd purchased a year round program with a guarantee. Instead, I bought this coupon for $100, which got us an application of insecticide around the front porch, where we have wasps, hornets and bees . It helped, but I still have wasps, hornets and bees.
