I am a fairly picky homeowner and want things done right. They were really good about working with me and doing what I wanted. They installed a new ridge venting system, soffit vents, and a couple "turtle" vents - our old roof did not have ventilation. They put architectural shingles and the proper flashing. They also moved another ventilation pipe to a new location for us at a reasonable extra charge. The gutters are also exactly what we wanted. We have the need for good gutters on the front side of our house where the dormer is and they made them perfect for what we need.
The only issue that we had, and it's not entirely their fault, is that they had to drive through our backyard and it did mess-up parts of our yard. However, this was after the crazy rain Minneapolis had and the ground was really wet and they wouldn't have done it if we didn't allow it. Our yard needs new landscaping and grass anyway. 
They also cleaned up very well and worked hard during the hot summer days to get the job done. 
Overall, excellent company to work with and great job done.
