Exceptional customer service and continuous communication when we had to reschedule appointment a few times due to weather in the area and a family emergency on my end. The tech explained everything he was doing in plain language and did a fantastic job. I will recommend Erkens Water to all residents in our community.

Very Friendly. Erkens called me as soon as I sent a message to them through the Home Advisor App. That gentleman got all of my details, including the problem I was having and said that he was going to have Mark call me right away to set something up. I just hung up with the guy from Erkens, when Mark called. He was very friendly, wanted to come out the next day, but I wasn't available. I told him what days I am usually home, and we set up an appointment for the following Wednesday. But then he said that he was going to be in the area on Saturday for his grand daughter's skating. And that he could swing over in between her skating. I said that I would be home all day. And we hung up. He then texted me about 20 minutes later asking if I could send him pictures of my water softener. After I did, he texted that he has worked with those before and he would see me on Saturday. When Saturday came, he texted me about 2 hours prior to showing up, giving me an ETA. When he was here, he was very very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. He would not leave until the problem was fixed. Which it only took him about 30 minutes. Even though he thought it was one problem, but then hung around a minute or two to see if that did solve the problem. Then when it did not solve the problem. He kept going. But he was not leaving until it was solved. I wish I had more water problems in my home for Mark to fix, because he was very knowledgeable. Great Company and people from start to finish!!

Nick was very nice and completely knew what he was doing! He was able to offer me exactly what I needed and was able to come sooner than planned because of a personal schedule change. I highly recommend Erkens Water!

The were very professional. They assisted where I needed help and didn't come in acting like I didn't know a thing. They even answered questions after they did the work.
