Pro Lawn & Landscape Inc

Pro Lawn and Landscape is a single-owner operated business.  In the bidding, estimating and invoicing process, the owner (Tim) disguises the material costs by listing the total item as a single-entry labor charge, for which I was overcharged .  The two day job took 6 days to complete; Tim didn't begin working diligently until day 4 after confrontation; on day 3 and 5, I (the customer) provided my labor to mitigate the delays because I realized that he doesn't work well alone; on day 6 the simple project was completed by the use of his brother-in-laws' labor.

I am dissatisfied for the following reasons: I was short-changed black edging by 20 feet; the project took too long to complete; he doesn't separate material and labor costs; no receipts are provided; he didn't discount the project cost by the amount of my labor for work done on Wednesday & Friday, October 9th &11th, respectively.  Poor communication skills; and he wears IPod headphones extensively.  And he Left an irrigation head in the landscaping rock on left side of shed.  I was over-charged on the final invoice by $700.00.  I am requesting a refund for the said amount of $700.00.
