"We called Envirgo to have tile removed, tested and encapsulate the flooring on Wednesday, Dec 10, 2025. Nobody was on these floors until I walked in today and discovered that the encapsulation fluid was sprayed on my walls. Yes it is a water based sealant but the paint inside the house is also water based. My fiancé will be calling the company later today to see if we can get this resolved, because I will not be wiping these walls down because I don't want to take off the paint. If you look at the pictures, you can see where the paint is already starting to come off.Because of this encapsulation. I do not recommend them and I will not recommend them to my family or friends unless they fix this to my satisfaction."

But you have to wait months months before you get a decision and by that you already paid to have it removed. The other companies I receive quotes from charged an arm and a leg. They were clearly hiking up the price and then advertising the grant refund. Even if I would have hired them and received the grant refund, they still would have been ungodly expensive. It's frustrating when I remember talking to those other companies . New Era was quick and easy. Thank you!"
