We have over25 years in the construction industry and over 10 years of experience in abatement services and therefore know exactly where and what to look for when performing our service. My name is Sean Serie and I am the owner and founder of "All 4 Him Construction, LLC." Sean was great to work with. We had to reschedule due to other construction that was going on and he was very accommodating. He told us ahead of time how long it was going to take, and he was spot-on. The crew cleaned up after themselves leaving it nice and clean.

Sean and his crew were fantastic. Very professional and responsive throughout the process to questions or concerns. They removed the asbestos from the ceilings in our home and refinished the ceiling afterwards. They left our house clean and we are very happy with the finished result. Working with Sean and his team was a great experience and we are very happy with the finished results! Sean came out and tested multiple areas for aesbestos, we didn’t have any but still chose him because we were nervous about dust and mess. After talking to him about the project we knew he was the right choice and would do a great job. Sean and his team did popcorn ceiling removal, flat finish, and paint. It looks amazing. Our project definitely wasn’t easy, we have multiple areas with high ceilings and an atrium that we wanted well protected so the plants wouldn’t die! Would definitely use All4Him again on a future project, highly recommend.

Sean was great to work with. They removed asbestos from our attic in the middle of summer. They worked quickly, communicated throughout each step of the process and cleaned up after themselves. The price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. I would definitely recommend All 4 Him Abatement for your asbestos removal needs!

Sean was a nice guy to chat with, though not all communication or actions were smooth. After agreeing on what he would all do and for how much he backed out on the agreement and canceled the work. I was able to get him to agree to the work again for a slightly higher price, and then only a couple days before our second calendared date, he canceled with no reason provided. I finally got him to do the work a couple weeks after that. Though he had a helper guy who wasn’t as experienced do most of the work while he was at another job site which must have been more important to him. Weeks after the work was done I had to remind him to send me an air quality report and invoice, and the invoice only consisted of an email with words saying he did the job and for how much. Not what I was expecting. He was cheaper than other contractors I got quotes from, and being the frugal guy I am, I still don’t regret going with Sean, but it wasn’t the professional experience I was thinking I’d get.

We requested service and he called us right away the same day within an hour to discuss the issue. He went above and beyond to test other suspicious tape. Everything was done with professionalism and care for my safety. I had asbestos tile and adhesive removed and the floor cleaned. Also having the mold and mildew removed from basement walls. Then the walls will be painted. I would definitely hire again for any projects in their area of expertise.
