"We first contacted DHI in the fall of 2015 for an estimate on an irrigation system for our property((approx. 1.5 acres) including lawn and extensive perennial beds. After getting several bids from various contractors we decided to go with DHI but by the time we got to it they were booked up for the fall so we decided to try again in the spring. We contacted them again in April and they agreed to price from the previous fall and we scheduled the installation. Dale Hurt and his crew came on time and were very efficient in installing the system and in providing the plumber to connect up system to house. The whole project took about 1 day and included two outdoor spigots that were needed for pond and gardening purposes. A major leak was discovered when they turned it on and this was promptly repaired. After running the system for a few days we noticed that the spray nozzles needed to be adjusted and that the rain sensor was not working properly. After calling DHI, Steve Hurt came out and went through all the nozzles (58) and adjusted them to our needs and showed me how to adjust them and found that the sensor was in the standby mode, again he changed to active mode and it seems to work for heavy rains. We would have DHI again for sprinkler installations if we needed such.

"We were impressed with Plumbline from the start. Before bidding on the project, Roger brought in a plumber and an electrician to make sure that our plans for our 1921 house were possible and affordable. He and his team offered great advice as we worked out design and construction details. They respected our opinions and ideas, but weren't afraid to offer alternatives based on their deep knowledge and decades of experience. We did a complete remodel--down to the studs. Plumbline did the demo then put everything back together. Roger did an impressive job of managing the project, even as COVID-related supply-chain issues presented daily challenges. Plumbline changed the size of both windows, including adding a bay in one opening. They installed new doors and molding throughout. They coordinated installation of new cabinets, counters, floor, and appliances. They built two new closets. They rewired and installed new lighting. While they were at it, they also did a minor bathroom remodel, including installing new tile, sink, and other fixtures. They kept the dust and mess to a minimum, and made sure that the rest of our house remained livable. It truly felt like each and every member of the team was treating our home as they would their own. The best thing about Plumbline? Roger is an absolutely great guy. He responded to our many calls and texts quickly, he kept us updated on schedule changes and delays, and he was never, ever too busy to sit and review plans with us and answer our questions. "I first hired SavATree to save my river birches from what they correctly diagnosed as a beetle infestation. Since then, I have hired them twice to do trimming on trees and annually to feed the trees and shrubs. Jeff Borque has already responded quickly to my calls, coming out to give estimates within a week. He is a helpful explainer about what needs to be done and what can be done, letting me weigh my options against the cost. Very pleased with the services provided. My only note of caution is with their billing department, which doesn't always keep track of things. They do adjust their books when I verify a payment has already been made. But twice in five years I've had to dispute a bill when they neglected to record my payment.

"Very good. We have not signed on to start the work, but when we do plan on it, will use Northern Lights. The thoughtfulness in the design was great. We have a large hill going to a lake. Lots of buckthorn and weeds need to be removed, steps and retaining wall need to be re-done, and flower beds repaired.
