We believe to give a true service, you must add something which cannot be bought nor measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.

"We were initially happy to hire Rainmakers as many of our neighbors were also using them, they are a small family-owned business, and they had an A rating on Angie's List. However, the experience turned out to be extremely frustrating and time consuming from our end. There were a number of things that occurred including lack of communication about what work was being done and when, showing up at our house unannounced and without us being able to prepare properly for the work (like turning the water on), installing new sprinkler heads and charging us for them after I specifically told them to put the old ones back in, not being able to explain where two of our heads went and having to purchase two new ones, and trying to charge me twice for work that I had already paid for with cash. I explained to the owner how frustrating the experience was and was told that it was difficult for them due to the number of customers they were trying to serve at the same time. While I can appreciate that, it doesn't make it ok to allow the errors and issues occur with customers as they did. In the end the business owner tried to make it right and did not charge me for the heads that I did not ask for (though I still had to pay for two that simply went missing). While I appreciated his effort to make things right in the end, the time I spent on the issues and the frustration with this process will likely prompt us to look to other companies for service in the future."
