They came out to take a look at our rotting window(s) situation, offered us options (and samples for comparison) for window and trim replacement, and then provided us with a timely, written estimate. It took 6 weeks to get our new windows made, and from there we worked w/them to schedule the installation. Our new Walsh vinyl windows are high quality and match the others we had replaced a few years ago. The workers were friendly, organized, tidy and efficient and the one guy who did the aluminum wrapping was an amazingly skilled craftsman! I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to have their old windows replaced/external trim work matched to the rest of the house. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship, and they were terrific to work with!"

"Both installers did a very good job, they were polite, respectful, and diligent. There is still a very tiny piece of debris in between the glass of one of the window windows. There needs to be better quality control when these panes of glass are put together to make sure they are completely debris and smudge free. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work that the technicians did"
