"As a person in the plumbing trades both new construction and service work I have come to appreciate the skills of someone who does a craft full time and is encouraged to develop skills to make it “their” full time occupation and career. Drain cleaning is part of maintaining a plumbing system. It is a craft different than installing and repairing plumbing but it is just as important to do it correctly. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. "They came out to give me a quote on treating 2 trees and possibly trimming one tree. After I got a couple other similar bids I went with Urban. I signed their agreement to begin work to treat 2 trees in mid July. It's August 24th and have not heard a word from them about scheduling my treatments even though verbally they told me they would be out by the first week in August. I checked in early August and was told they were very busy and that someone would be in contact when they could. I have never experienced anything like this and am so disappointed with their lack of communication. I do not want to move forward with them and regret signing their agreement. Do not hire this company."
