Drain cleaning is part of maintaining a plumbing system. It is a craft different than installing and repairing plumbing but it is just as important to do it correctly. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. Wednesday comes, had to call to see if they were coming, even though I was told someone would reach out to me Monday. Was told that it wasn't Wednesday but Thursday. Thursday comes, the time that someone was supposed to show up, no call or heads up. Call back and then was gaslighted saying that the time I was told, they would never say that they would show up at that time. Ending up cancelling the guy to come. Horrible customer service."
