2 tree removed, a birch and a pine. Service was great and very timely. They came, they downed the trees and clened up. All work was super.

This company is awesome! I had 1 tree & 2 bushes that needed to be removed, plus a second tree that needed trimming. They sent someone out to do an estimate the same day I requested one. Less than a week later there was a crew in my yard doing the work. They were in & out very quickly & completely cleaned up the mess.

I submitted a request on Saturday. Travis came out on Monday and quoted me the cost. They completed the work Wednesday morning in about 1.5 hours. All branches were picked up, and I am good for the spring blooming.

Jake was very responsive with communication, gave a competitive quote, and brought an incredibly efficient crew. Work was done as described in quote and exceeded expectations. Trees near the house were dropped safely and clean-up was on point. Will pursue again in the future.

Left and online message, describing the scope of the project, and got a call the next morning from Dave (I believe). He arranged to stop by later the same day, reviewed the scope, and gave me his estimate. Arranged for a date for the work, depending on how cold it was, contacted me the day before, and Dave and his crew could not have done a better job. Attentive, accurate, safe, and thorough. He even got a second job from my neighbor, who needed a tree taken down and away. Would not hesitate to use them again.

On 8/9/21 Travis, the South crew manager for Minnesota Tree Experts approached our home and said his crew was in the area and wondered if we had any need for his company’s services. As it turned out, we needed several tasks performed. I took him around the property and he offered a very fair price to remove a tree and grind the stump, trim several hedges, and trim several trees. He offered a very fair price and I accepted. His crew (Tuff and the other 4 members) worked quickly and efficiently and with awesome tools to complete the work and do an amazing clean up job. I would strongly recommend this crew to any homeowner who desires quality work done at a fair price, with the right tools, in an efficient manner, and with great cleanup following the job. I had great experience with Eric and AJ helping me out with a storm damaged tree limb. Eric is experienced, knowledgable, trustworthy and went beyond my expectations to help get the limb removed. WOW what an amazing company! I'm so impressed with the professionalism that Dave showed when he came to my house. He explained what was wrong with my trees and what needed to be done. He took the time to walk around my yard with me going over everything, what they would be doing how long it would take and the pricing was so reasonable! Travis was wonderful. I met him when they removed a large branch that had fallen in a storm. There company was the only one interested in a small job. Travis old me that the branch that had fallen was dead and showed me the many dead and hollow branches on the old silver maple. He recommended that the tree be removed but I don't feel ready to say goodbye yet. Travis worked out a plan that could save the tree for a few more years. I came home from work to see the trees have been trimmed and there was not a single stick left in the yard. Excellent service and wonderful customer care. Travis really listens.

The quoted price was the best I could find. It took several tries to nail down an exact time when the tree would be removed. When the actual removal happened, there was a large pile of sawdust (not mulch) left despite being promised that everything would be completed removed and completed. There was damage to the lawn on the opposite side of the driveway from the project, the driveway itself was cracked by the equipment and oil stains left from the equipment. There was no mention to this being a potential risk in advance, no mention of it when the work happened. The sawdust was removed when I called to ask about it, although it took a couple days for that to happen. The trees were removed as expected, the damage to do so not as much.

Excellent team of people came on two separate projects. Well coordinated, neat and fast.
