"It wasn't timely. He hires cheap labor that does everything but isnt good at anything. The framers were hacks using broken lumber in spots. Sheetrock cracked and needed repair ( which they did) the new shower was installed without specialized mounting clips and the flange on shower walls were cracked. The shower door did not function and when I went to fix it, the hanging hardware fell off. New flooring throughout the house including the new addition. The new addition subfloor wasn't screwed correctly which resulted in a reinstall. In the old part of the house, the subfloor was not prepped properly causing the vinyl plank to bow and crack. Jim refused to fix. Jim's crew forgot to put a vent on roof so water came into house and collapsed the bathroom ceiling. ( He did take responsibility and fix that) overall very disappointed with someone that claims to do quality work. If I could rate lowerI would."

(We have a 5 window minimum) (Gutters only in conjunction with roof or siding), (We do not do roof, siding or window repairs)

They were helpful in choosing stain and paint colors too which I really appreciated. Everyone on the team was experienced and meticulous. They spent a lot of time prepping, which makes for a great paint job. I would say they went above and beyond. The work site was always cleaned up at the end of the day and everyone was very respectful. They also have a parternship with a great carpenter who came first and replaced some rotten trim.
