"Another reliably good service transaction from Cady and Dustin (and two roofing sub-contractors). We got an estimate for this project during a previous visit. Price was competitive with another Angie's-Listed electrician. We went with a known entity. NuTone 2.5-sone bath fans, with switches independent of the light switch, were installed in two bathrooms. A separate switch had to be installed in one of the locations because of room configuration; the other room had a simple replacement of switch type. It was an all-day project, but work was good and a decent value. Dustin kept up cleaning attic insulation throughout the day. Only minor complaint I have is a small divot put into the wall plaster near one of the switches."

"Outstanding quality of workmanship down to every little detail. Did an amazing job remodeling our home. In fact we loved the work so much we also had pablo remodel our office space doing everything from completely gutting the interior and had them frame up 4 office spaces all the way down to the fine finishes. They worked super fast and did an amazing job. You name it pablo and his team can do it. Framing, drywall, painting, tile, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, installed new windows, siding and will be hiring them again in the spring to do my roof. Extremely friendly and did a great job cleaning up and couldnt be happier with the work they did especially for the price. We had estimates from 4 or 5 other contractors but Pablo's communication and expertise on everything we wanted to have done made us choose them over anyone else's. Couldnt be more proud of the work they have done for us and will be using prime time exteriors for anything we do in the future. "Damian and his crew did an amazing job on my basement. I had at least two other contractors flake out on me and I was thinking no one would want to tackle my basement. I had multiple floods in my basement and needed a lot of sheetrock repair. I also needed a stud wall, sheetrock and electrical run for a wall I had to tear down (sump pump and drain tile installed by someone else). They handled the job no problem. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time and I never felt like they were "in the way." The workers were always polite and they left a clean work space. If I ever need more work done I would not hesitate to call them again. I feel like I have my basement back."

"When we decided to remodel our basement I contacted several contractors and was kind of surprised at the lack of response I got from a number of contractors. It literally took weeks for one contractor to call me back and some just never bothered. This was NOT the case with Fair & Square. They were very responsive from the start and after meeting with me to review the details of what we wanted to do to finish out our basement they provided me a ballpark estimate for the project. They didn’t come in as the cheapest bid but it did fit within by budget and to that point they had been the easiest to work with and seemed the most interested in the project. We signed on to have them complete the job including adding a fireplace, sound insulation in the ceiling and my favorite, the Onyx shower surround in the bathroom. They took several weeks to complete the project and were great about making sure we knew what to expect and when. If an issue came up they let us know and offered reasonable solutions. The project came in within the cost range they originally proposed and we ended up with exactly what we were looking for. I couldn’t really ask for more than that!"
