"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!"

No parts were required for the gas portion of the project as the dryer was moved so that the basement could be waterproofed. Jake was great and suggested a couple solutions to our problem. We had them put drain tile in our basement and replace part of aggregate sidewalk to keep the water away from the foundation. They came and everyone was courteous and very professional. Jake and Cole were very patient with me and all of my questions. They did a terrific job, they were able to dig into the basement floor while keeping the dust to a minimum which kept the rest of the house clean, made sure to clean up after their work and the aggregate they put down was beautiful.
