Working with Brooks has been a pleasure. He is very good at communicating and is prompt and does a wonderful job. Nothing too much more I can ask for.

Prompt personable and quality service. He promised to have project finished at a specific date and it was. Cost of project was fair for the work that had to be done. We would have him do any future work.

Brooks was overall not good at attending to customer service needs. His men were always late by at least 3 hours. He did not seem to care that me and my husband were frustrated at being told a certain time such as 8 am and his men did not show up until 3pm that day. He seemed as though he just wanted to make his money and did not care how he did it. 100% would not recommend him at all. His service was horrible, and the dry wall job ended up being mediocre at best. Our window was not straight and dry wall material everywhere.

Over time, I have worked with countless contractors, and I have been fortunate! Most have been responsible, reliable, and provided great value and service. That said, I can honestly say that Brooks and his team exceeded ALL of my expectations. From a very fast response to my posting about the job, to a quick, detailed, and thorough bid, to an incredibly timely start date, everything was top flight! If Brooks said he would arrive at 8 AM to get started, he was at the door at 7:59! The work was meticulous, the process painless, he solved unexpected technical problems with ease, and he was a joy to work with...I actually felt sad when the project ended because I enjoyed our interactions so much! Fast! Good price. Clean and courteous. I worked with Brooks to replace drywall and ceiling after a plumbing leak. He had great customer service. He quoted the work quickly after our initial conversation and completed it quickly. The scope included replacing the wall and ceiling, base board reinstallation, replacing a popcorn ceiling section, and painting. Looks new :-). I have got my family room back. Thanks, Brooks! Looking forward to the next repainting project with you. Being able to do 1 room of painting at a time is a big plus!!
