A couple weeks later it began to start peeling off like a river birch. At this time I called and left Don a voicemail, and sent an email. Waited a week to follow up again, still nothing. After multiple emails and voicemails with photos of the issues, I have not received a response. I was not even that mad as things happen, but to disappear when your work is being questioned has me really disappointed. When speaking with other painters they have told me this issue was due to too much paint too fast (coats not completely curing)."

He communicated with us quickly throughout the whole process from estimate to completion. They started and finished the job when they said they would. Leo was on-site overseeing the job and working almost all of the time. His crew was friendly, polite and hard-working. They went the extra mile - giving the side of our house that gets sun an extra coat of paint and even using the power washer to get rid of moss on our patio. Leo has high standards and great attention to detail, and would point out anything that needed special attention. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."
