"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with our new deck. The quality of the work is excellent, and it was completed much faster than we expected. You can tell he takes pride in his craftsmanship, and the finished product turned out exactly how we had hoped. The only area that could have been better was communication during the project. There were times when we weren't sure what the next steps or timeline were, but it wasn't a major issue and the work continued to move along quickly. In the end, the quality and speed of the build outweighed that small drawback. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price."

"We used them to update our bathroom. They had a good selection of options and products and I was able to do a lot of customizing, without driving up the price which was great. The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!"
