My overall experience and satisfaction, ie customer service, quality of the work, work ethic, professional and friendly demeanor, by far outshines any previous experiences I’ve had with other companies, and believe me, I feel like I’ve tried them all over the years! "We just moved into a 10 year old house, and opted for getting the carpets professionally steam cleaned rather than replacement. There were pretty severly worn with visible traffic patterns and some stains. It did not appear the carpets had been cleaned in a long while. We had first attempted to use a rug-doctor ourselve, with unsatisfactory results. We had Jeff (owner of the company) come by and clean two living rooms downstairs and the stair case as a trial, and we liked the result so much we had him come back to do the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. He even came by on a saturday morning to accomodate our very busy weekday schedules. The carpets obvisouly dont look brand new, but it is a significant improvement. This has definitely changed our minds about needing to replace the carpet in the near future."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"
