"They were prompt ... actually more like "in a hurry" ... even though they said they gave me "a bargain" it still seemed costly to me, but I haven't had any dealings with locksmiths in a LONG time, so prices may be quite a bit higher than I thought ... on the bright side, the locksmith knew exactly what he was doing and was very efficient ... I had the feeling that he "had places to go" and was "very directive.""

"The price charged was significantly more than we discussed ahead of time. I could have asked more questions and been more specific. I figured $100 to re-key 3 locks -- I had the existing keys -- which was suppose to make it cheaper. He said one deadbolt was broken (mechanism) --- when I got bill --- It was for $322."
