"They were prompt ... actually more like "in a hurry" ... even though they said they gave me "a bargain" it still seemed costly to me, but I haven't had any dealings with locksmiths in a LONG time, so prices may be quite a bit higher than I thought ... on the bright side, the locksmith knew exactly what he was doing and was very efficient ... "The price charged was significantly more than we discussed ahead of time. I could have asked more questions and been more specific. I figured $100 to re-key 3 locks -- I had the existing keys -- which was suppose to make it cheaper. He said one deadbolt was broken (mechanism) --- when I got bill --- It was for $322."
