"Talked to me via video chat - I was able to show him the dishwasher and the issue it was having. He told me where to look underneath to find the part that needs replacement and when I was looking at it with my phone camera he circled it on screen to confirm which one it was. "Estimator was courteous, and price quoted was reasonable. I have not yet had the installation done, so I cannot comment on the quality. And that is my only complaint. There is a 3-part process working with this group for shower or bath liners/replacements. 1) an estimator comes out, 2) a person comes out to do measurements and take pictures. 3) An installer is scheduled when the parts come in. Total process takes 6-8 weeks. This process is too slow and takes too much of my time. Otherwise I'd rate a 5."
