We had him come out again to provide a quote for our master bedroom closet, and again, the customer service was wonderful. During both visits, he laid out all suitable options for our space and was never pushy or salesy about anything which is not only appreciated, but also pretty rare for these types of things. He cut the old posts into pieces so they would be ready to put out for trash pick-up. We had ropes holding up the fence, and he and his team removed those as part of the job.
