Premier Roofing Company

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First off, this company did not order enough material and they had to finish my roof two days later after the initial start date. I had to call my rep several times to figure out when they would come back and finish it. Why am I calling you constantly to complete a job that should only take a day. Then when they contractor came, he was very sloppy with the work as if he was rushing to get to another job. Next, the sale rep told me I would have no out of pocket. When they arrive to see how everything went, they inform me, I have to pay my deductible. Both my mother and I sat with them for over an hour and they said over and over I would not have to pay ANYTHING. This company is a scam and they prey on people in need. We had a hole in the ceiling from a leak caused by a hail storm so they knew we were in a rush to get this job completed. If you want to be scammed and pay more than what you were initially quoted, then go with this company. You have been warned.

A representative from Premier Roofing met with our insurance adjuster at our house to ensure that all of the hail damage to our house was noted and covered. The representative met with us to explain their estimate, and we were notified when the materials were scheduled to be delivered and the re-roofing work was scheduled to begin. The roofing crew did a great job and were polite and punctual. After the work was completed, the representative inspected the new roof and checked the yard for nails and debris that the crew might have missed.

We had a great interaction all the way through the project. It was completed and the the final inspection was done and premier came out and fixed the issue today and was told they were all done. We had submitted our final payment to them a few weeks back… or so we thought. We just received a message for premier saying that we owe them more than $5,000 (which is additional over our deducatbe, which we already paid). We asked, more than once, if we could possibly end up owing more than the estimate was and they said that we would not owe more than our deductible and that if it was more that premier would work it out with our insurance company. Full of lies! Stay away!

My roof was replaced right before Christmas in 2018. The roofers were a complete disaster and treated my property like it was a garbage dump. They left trash, nails, roof pieces, plastic and other debris everywhere and did not clean up any of it when they were done, they just left. They damaged my gutters, scuffed up my garage door, and my siding on my house and on my shed. They left the debris trailer parked in the middle of my driveway for 24 hours, when I specifically asked for it to be parked on the right hand side due to there being a large crack in the driveway on the left side. Not only did they ignore my specific instructions and park the trailer over the crack, but they left it there overnight so no one could get into the garage. Worst of all, they used my backyard as their personal bathroom and we found urine in multiple places on our fence and shed. I have made no less than 25 phone calls to various people to complain about these issues. My field representative stopped returning my calls altogether after the roof was completed. I called the Colorado Springs and Denver offices for two solid weeks and left messages before someone finally called me back and I was reassigned a new field rep, by the name of Mike. Mike came out to hear all of my complaints and inspect the roof to make sure, it at least, was completed properly and advised me that he would be back in touch with remedies to my complaints. And then I did not hear from anyone for another 3 weeks after that. A man by the name of Kevin called me out of the blue several weeks later to inquire about coming out to remove the scuffs from the garage door and the siding, which he completed. To date, Kevin has been the ONLY person at the company who has been responsive and responded promptly to all of my phone calls. Everyone else has been absolutely terrible to work with. No one answers their phone, not one is ever at the office and no one calls you back. As of this week, I finally got a return call from Mike confirming that Premier Roofing was not willing to do anything to compensate me for my gutters being damaged or the way my property was treated overall. I had to pick up all of the garbage myself, I collected a gallon sized Ziploc bag full of roofing nails because I had to in order to allow my pets to go out into the backyard. I have never experienced such horrible service from any organization. I am appalled by the way Premier Roofing treats their customers, that the individuals hired to perform the roofing are allowed to treat customer property so poorly, and I have no idea how on earth this company ever got an A+ rating with the BBB. The fact that weeks go by with no return phone calls to customers is unacceptable. I had to sign paperwork that guaranteed I would pay them no matter what, which gives me zero leverage against this terrible company.

He assured we were both on the same page and he was very good at keeping in touch, especially when I was out of town. The workers got my roof done efficiently and were very polite to myself and my family. I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend to my friends and coworkers.

We've worked with other roofing companies and this is the BEST experience we've had. Not only did they keep us informed of every step along the way, they worked closely with our insurance company, completed the work on time and made the entire process simple.

They performed everything as requested without hassle.  They provided some helpful information regarding painting that we needed to do as well.   They did not hassle us to pay the bill all at once and they worked with the insurance company well.   I would recommend them to others as they did what they said they would, in a quality and timely manner.

There are very few companies that provide an enjoyable experience and Premier Roofing is one of those that performed flawlessly while working on our home. I would like to give Premier Roofing the highest rating available, because they earned it. Premier Roofing did everything they said they would and did professional work, on time and without any incident. They stripped our roof, put down new underlayment and then new shingles. A Regional Building Inspector inspected our home after the roof was completed and made the following statement to me; " I always enjoy inspecting Premier's work because they always do such a quality installation." I don't think you can get any better recommendation than that statement.
I would also like to recognize the Premier representative that helped us through the process of getting a new roof. His name is Mat Sublett and he took all of the worries and stress out of our project. He is a nice person,very informed and actually was the reason we decided on using Premier Roofing for our contractor. Kudos to Mat Sublett. This is probably the hardest review I have ever written as the company is so split. From one angle, they are an A+ company that I would do business with any day of the year. From the other they are one of the worst companies out there and I would not want to touch them with a ten-foot pole.
There workmanship quality was outstanding, neither myself or the building inspector could find a single flaw with the roof installed. So if all one cares about is having the finished product done to meet or exceed building  standards the first time so there are no call backs and you do not need to worry about workmanship failing then Premier roofing is your company.
However, if you know a little about roofing, care to educate yourself a little, have a close friend or relative that will help inform you, or just plain want to be part of the process because it is your house.  Stay away from this company. From almost the moment I had signed on the dotted line communication went almost dead unless they needed me for signoff or money. There was no communication about progress or where I might be on the schedule. Do not get me wrong I whole heartedly understand that roofing is controlled by the weather so they cannot tell me weeks or months in advance the day and time they will do my roof.  They can however say approximately how many days, weeks, or months? worth of work is ahead of me so dependent on the weather I can have an idea the rough time frame and I can know they are still there and care about the job.
Since they never gave me any time frames or updates on progress I can?t overly comment if they will show up on time when they have an appointment (aside from the salesman who was very punctual). However, I contacted them on a couple occasions with questions and concerns about building codes and the planned installation. I am not a roofer, but neither am I construction illiterate so I wanted to ensure the job would be done right. I would receive a response back that they would check in to things and someone would get back to me. Then all would be forever quiet. Therefore, I give them an F on punctuality, as they never kept their commitments to get back to me, which is a simple phone call or email. Therefore it is hard for me to believe they will keep an in person show up to do the job appointment, and perhaps that is why they would never communicate anything regarding the schedule, so they couldn?t be late on it.
Lastly, there were modifications/problems during the build and the roof could not be installed the way they had promised.  They never called me, or spoke to my roommate who was home. They simply made all judgments on their own and proceeded. Therefore I received a product that was not as agreed upon before, and a list of reasons they could not do the job the way it had been agreed.  If they had listened to my voiced concerns and discussed the roof situation before hand, these obstacles would have likely been discussed as they were not completely foreign to me.  Did I fully understand the problems, NO. However I understood the situation was more complicated than your simplest roof job and then it might appear from the outside as I had been in my attic more times then I cared to count.  They never once visited my attic, and nor did they take time to listen to or work with me the one who had critical knowledge that would affect their ability to do my roof.
As I said at the start, the end product meets ALL building codes. I see no reason it will fail prematurely. It does look good. However, it is not what was agreed upon. I was not asked or consulted during the process, it was simply here is a quality roof we hope you like it. Call me crazy if you wish but my home is mine. I do not just want a quality home, I want a quality home that is what I want and what I decide.  If a builder is working on my home I want them to value my input even if it is uneducated. It is the builders responsibility to present what can or cannot be done, it is the home owners right to choose what will be done.

Great Customer Service! My roof is on a house out in Calhan, which is about an hour east of town. The salesman, Sam Heckman, was great! He didn't complain about having to go out there at all. I even requested a walk through at the end of the job.
They did an excellent job on the roof and my insurance company accepted his bid on the first submission. They even replaced my gutter for free! Overall I would recommend this company.

Quoted the job and performed the installation quickly. They made sure I received all of the entitlements from the insurance company. The installation was done very well with no problems so far. The only issue I could report is that the clean up could have done better. There were many nails left on the ground and in the gutters.
They delivered what they quoted and i would  and have recommended them to others.

The work cost me $100. I had a really good experience with them. I would use them again in the future.

Premier Roofing 

Premier Roofing, did a real good job. We really didn't know the process and they talked with the insurance and showed the insurance company the damage from hail, so we ended up not having to pay the $1,000 deductible. Followed up, very punctual, nice and courteous.

I would gladly recommend Premier Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof!
Aaron, our salesman, went to bat for us with the insurance company!
He got our claim approved for more than the first insurance adjuster had approved!
He got a second adjuster to come out and agreed that there was more damage than at first!
Aaron noticed that our screens in our sunroom had been damaged by the hail storm and the skylights too!
