"Envirobate was very efficient at their work. They finished their work in a half a days time. We thought they would be their the whole day. They did a fairly good job. They could have cleaned up the basement a little bit better. But, all and all our experience with them was good. We had to ask for the final air sample report. They had told us everything was ok, but we had to ask for a written conformation."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "The blower motor on my furnace was squeeling, and not working at all most times.  When I spun the squirrel cage manually it would work for a short time, but then finally got to the point where it wasnt working at all.  Just a hummy noise.  When I called them, I left a message and within hours I got a call back.  I explained what I thought was wrong and they confirmed that it sounded like a bad blower motor, or to try the starter capacitor first.  I got a capacitor first and swapped out, but no luck.  Then got in touch with them again and within a hour got a new motor to swap out.   He was very easy going and said I could swap it out myself if I wanted and then if I had problems, to call them and they could come out.  I attempted the swap, but I could not get the squirrel cage off the old motor.  I called them the next day and they came out that same day and finished the work for me using the right tools.  Within a hour and a half, I was up and working again and have been working fine ever since.  a new blower motor and starting capacitor was changed.  I would recommend them in the future to anyone."

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
