"Very well. Jeff, the owner, was very informative and helpful upon initial telephone contact. His main "window" guy, Tim, was professional and responsive. I could text or call Tim any time of the day and would know that he would pick up and answer all my questions without judgment. The subs they used for actual window installation and new indoor trim were professional and reliable as well. The new interior trim work was installed impeccably and stained to match. "Glass Guys was the only company i contacted that was willing to come out the next day, which relieved my stress about the possibility of a break-in. Because of laws requiring that window glass be replaced by tempered glass, they replaced my broken pane with plexiglass and told me that they would order the tempered glass and replace it later. When I called to find out the status of the glass order, they told me that given the small size of the pane, tempered glass was neither required nor available. However, because they didn't know this at the time they put in the plexiglass, they replaced the plexiglass with standard glass for free (parts and labor.) I was extremely appreciative that they recognized this and made it completely right."

"Very well. They came out and discussed our wishes, walked us through possibilities, and were good at the design and the implementation of our new kitchen. They'd flag the times we thought we wanted something but hadn't thought through the ramifications well. It's an absolutely stunning kitchen fitted smartly in a small footprint of our little home. We have used Beissel over the years for windows and siding, but have recently been using them as much for interior remodeling. They have now remodeled not only ur kitchen but both bathrooms.
