"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"Ivan installed new vinyl siding and three new windows in our home. When the old fiberboard siding was removed, lots of wood rot and poor insulation were uncovered due to poor workmanship done by the original builder. Ivan fixed all the problems and we are so very happy with the result. Our house looks great and our furnace runs way less since the drafts are gone. Ivan and his crew perform high-quality work; they are honest, friendly and their communication was excellent. "Hoffman Weber was top notch from start to finish. They did my entire exterior - siding, windows, doors, shutters. Keyth Hendricks was my initial contact and he visited my house several times, walking me through the process and giving me an estimate. The windows crew - headed up by Pete, with Dave and Reese on the crew - were excellent, They had obviously been working together for quite a while and were fast, efficient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The siding crew was managed by Brian Thole. A second crew had a cancelation on they day they started my house, so the second crew joined Raul and his crew working on my house. They had the entire house finished in one day (other than the stone in front, which hadn't arrived yet). These guys were fast, no-nonsense, and hard-working. The stone siding was sub-contracted to a guy named Nick (or Nate?). Again, hard-working, fast, efficient. He had the stone siding along the front of my house finished in less than half a day. My rain gutters were sub-contracted to a guy named Derek with Next Generation Exteriors. Again, top-notch work. They had my gutters up in four hours. I was nervous about hiring a contractor for such expensive home improvements, as I'd had no experience with such things in the past. The folks at Hoffman Weber couldn't have been more helpful. Keeping me informed; responding very quickly to minor issues that arose. Every single person that I talked to and worked with from this company or their sub-contractors was the absolute best! I recommend them without reservation."

Also they pay us weeks after completion and complained about this 2 weeks later treating about calling all the police and attorneys General officers and a bad review and i dont let no body manipulate me im sorry not with lies, she went and gave us the 1st bad reviews in 3 places we advertise on?... (didn't even saw her when i saw job nor when they open house for me to do job, a met a guy both times and he never call at all about this ones, it was her that reach out about all this... she didn't got her way then she puts in reviews my guys peeing on yard?"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
