"Our three large cotton rugs were picked up by Pace Pro on Thursday, July 10th, 2025. Prior to scheduling the pickup, Kris told my wife that he would be able to clean them and have them returned to our home in one week. That week came and went. Eventually, my wife called and texted Kris to find out when the new expected completion date was. He read several of her messages without responding. When he did finally respond, he stated that he had torn a ligament in his back and was unable to work on our rugs. That's an unfortunate circumstance, and we were understanding that things may take a little longer. However, by July 31st, we had still not heard any update on our rugs. At this point our rugs had been gone for 3 weeks. I called, but there was no answer, so I left a message. On August 4th, Kris called back in the morning, but I missed his call. He left a message reiterating that he had hurt his back, and he stated that his back was feeling better and he expected he would be able to get the rugs cleaned by the end of the week. That week came and went. I called twice on August 12th, but he did not answer. I called again on August 13th, and still no answer. When I tried again on August 19th, I received no answer, and my calls are forwarded directly to voicemail. August 21st, I called, and it went straight to voicemail, so I sent an email asking for the prompt return of our rugs. I have still not had a response to that email. I am leaving this review as a last resort. We just want our rugs back. This is the worst service we've ever received from any home service company. Even if somebody is injured, the total lack of communication is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Are our rugs lost? Have they been damaged? Have you stolen them? Please just answer us, so we can move on from this ordeal."

First we will pre treat all carpeted areas, then we come through with our CRB machine (counter rotating brushes) this helps emulsify the soil lifting it to the tops of the fibers. Then we do a final hot water extraction with 230 degrees of water and a mild rinsing agent. We have 20 years of experience in the business. I am a owner operator with many years of experience. They provided expert advice through each step of the fix, was prompt and kind in their responses, and really was looking for the best possible outcome for me. They patched the roof twice upon insurance's requirements, and finally was able to come and replace the roof, which had apparently been patched up to less than code in the past from a previous owner. We now no longer have a leak and will have a much better house. No more worries about the roof over our head thanks to Yares!"

The first thing you should do when cleaning smoke damage is open all your windows to ventilate the affected area and run an air purifier with a HEPA filter. Cover your furniture and belongings to prevent soot accumulation, and vacuum any soot that’s on the floor and other surfaces. You should not use bleach to clean a mattress. Bleach is too harsh for most mattress fibers and can cause damage to mattress foam. In addition, bleach cannot be adequately rinsed out of a mattress, causing the smell to linger for a long time. Choose gentler cleaners like baking soda, dish soap, or enzyme cleaners.

If there is only a small amount of gum, it’s entirely possible to remove it on your own. What you’re unable to pick or scrape off, try to scrub out with warm soapy water. You can try freezing the garment and removing the hardened gum. Some swear by rubbing peanut butter on the gum before washing. No matter which method you choose, do not put your clothing in the dryer until the gum is 100 percent removed. 

Yes. A good mixture to condition your leather is made from one tablespoon of natural baby soap, a splash of vinegar, and 2 cups of warm water. Mix these ingredients in a bowl and use a microfiber cloth to rub it into the leather in small circles.
