Ritchie were great professional plumbers who were very helpful and easy to work with.

He was very gracious when he realized he had to get a different part and came back the next day to make it right. He didn't charge a penny extra for the extra work.

Both our outdoor faucets are near the front of our home and I do a lot of gardening in the backyard.  This is problematic as I have to climb a steep hill just to turn the water on and off each time and because the faucet is so far away I need over 100 feet of hose to reach all the areas I water.  
I had previously used F. Richie Plumbing a couple years ago and was very satisfied so called them again.  They called back quickly and we set a date for the appointment.  He showed up on time, listened to my complaint and then recommended a method of installation that tapped into our sprinkler system.  It required having a 'sprinkler guy', do some of the work, and he called someone he knew ( "Greener Side" ) who came out immediately.  They devised a plan and did the installation the next business day.  The work was done quickly and professionally, and the area spotless when they left.  
The faucet works great! I especially appreciate that he mounted it high so I don't have to bend way over to turn it on and off, and it was an excellent solution to our problem.

He had to make 2 trips in order to get the right cartridge for the faucet but only charged for the one trip. Also took bars of the leaking drain for free! I thought he was super!

Excellent. Was able to do the work on short notice and stayed late to completion (8 pm). Very professional, courteous and excellent quality of work. Would definitely use again.

Both providers were very cordial and accommodating. Larry in particular went beyond the expectations. They certainly know what they are doing. They made their presence as non-invasive as possible. We shared stories and laughed a lot. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are real professionals!

We had water leaking into our lower level from a leak in the water line to our refrigerator. The shutoff valve on the line was not working so it was an urgent problem. The plumber arrived within 20 minutes and identified and fixed the problem. Because water had leaked into our cold air return below the floor was more a complicated repair.
Since he was already at the house I had him replace a stubborn shower faucet and spigot that we tried to replace ourselves without success. He was friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. I would strongly recommend this small family business.

This was one of the best experiences ever. Its a family business, i spoke to all 3 and received EXCELLENT service and quality of work. I would recommend them to everyone an anyone. Very nice, very good at what they do, very reasonbly priced.

These guys were friendly and on-time. They did a great job of replacing and testing my RPZ for Saint Paul Regional Water Services.

Our toilet flooded our bath and main entry. we turned off the water and after checking Angie's list called a few plumbers. Their prices varied but F. Richie Plumbing was the cheapest. They returned my call right away. I told them what the problem was and they gave me an estimate over the phone. We set the date and time and he arrived right on time. He was neat, efficient and professional. He held to his estimate. I'd definitely use him again.

Frank arrived on time, and even remembered to remove his boots when he came inside. He was efficient, tidy, and did a quality job. He even placed the old toilets in the garage for me to dispose of later.

We came home from a vacation and discovered a major flood in our house. We called F Richie Plumbing in to find the source of the water and repair the problem. They found and replaced a perished o-ring in the washing machine service line. When the water was turned back on, we discovered that the kitchen faucet had frozen when the furnace was out (because of the flood). They replaced the damaged parts. We also had them reset a toilet that had been removed during recent remodeling.
Frank and Larry were very friendly and professional. We would definitely call them again if we need a plumber.

Very attentive, professional and went above and beyond. He even helped me with a sagging sink.-- Something another plumber from a well known company told me I had to hire a handyman to do.

This is long overdue, but I really appreciated working with these folks. Larry and Frank, and Linda too, were all super-nice. They did a great job on the work. And the price was below what i expected. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Needed some relatively simple work done, including toilet problems and leaky faucets. Frank was prompt and very friendly and knowledgable. He was able to fix the toilets quickly, but determined that one faucet would need to be rebuilt. He needed to order a kit, so could not complete it the same day. He would not accept any payment at that time, but wanted to wait until all work was complete.
He called the following week when the parts arrived and fixed the problem. He showed us the problem with the original.
One of my best experiences with plumbers! Will definitely use again!

Frank arrived on time both days and he was professional and courteous, removing his boots at the door without being asked to do so.. The installation of the new faucet was more involved because it was one of the Delta Touch2O faucets that needs wires connected and batteries installed. When he was finished, he showed me how the faucet worked, made a suggestion for mounting the battery pack to the cabinet, and recommended that I store the installation instructions for whomever may need them in the future (not that I would call someone other than Frank!) I asked Frank to give me an estimate on fixing a couple of toilets and installing a shut-off valve for a basement shower. He fixed the floats in the toilets (a small adjustment) and we discussed some options for the shower. He was most helpful and willing to spend the extra time.

He did a great job. The quality of work was excellent. He gave me some tips on how to keep the drain clean and what to not put down the sink. He was a very nice person. He taught me a lot of things I did not know about plumbing and answered all of my questions. He was punctual, responsive, and professional.

We were very pleased with their work. They were courteous and professional. They were very prompt.
