Nate was very responsive to emails and calls; there was a little delay in getting the job done due to the season, and they hadn't worked out the payment details until the date of service. an equipment breakdown delayed their arrival time to do the job, but once they were on site the team worked quickly but professionally, leaving a great looking driveway. I have seen other companies spray their resurfacing materials onto lawns, but this was not the case with Heartland.
