Their sales associate (Al Lien) was knowledgeable and helpful, but no pressure, which I personally appreciate very much. They had a range of options, and in the end we chose to use HardiPlank which was less expensive than LP at the time of our project. The Hoffman Weber price was very competitive (and significantly lower than the high-pressure company that came out). The installation went well--the crew was hard working and pleasant, and communication with the project manager (Pete) was easy (the installation was done in February, so, weather affected the days of installation). Nate was very responsive to emails and calls; there was a little delay in getting the job done due to the season, and they hadn't worked out the payment details until the date of service. an equipment breakdown delayed their arrival time to do the job, but once they were on site the team worked quickly but professionally, leaving a great looking driveway. I have seen other companies spray their resurfacing materials onto lawns, but this was not the case with Heartland.
