"This was the second project that Genadek was hired for.  The reason Genadek was rehired to do work that no other contractor seemed to want to take on was because the company delivers what it says it will.  The first project was an extensive drain tile system with permeable pavers and a french drain, which has provided a beautiful place to entertain as well as much needed management of a high water table.  And when Genadek encountered issues with the high water table, they researched and came up with a plan - a plan that became the solution we had been searching for going on 6 years.
On both projects, Genadek was upfront about changing conditions of the project and gave us the information necessary to make a decision.  At no point was there a feeling that Genadek was doing anything other than respecting us and the financial constraints of the projects.  It is impossible to expect a bid to always be perfect down to the last penny, however Genadek makes a concerted effort to do just that and when they cannot - you will know why.
When Genadek finishes a project, they clean up the worksite and leave it as they found it so there is no delay in your enjoyment.  There is not doubt that this is a company that is choosing to do business the right way - respecting clients - and should be supported for it."

"Austin and his crew did a good job on our project. They resloped our front yard, put in new sod, and removed old rail road ties in our window well and replaced them with retaining wall pavers. He wasn't the cheapest bid, but he had good reviews and was communicative, and we're happy we went with his company. He was professional and got the job done quickly. "Everything went very well. The work itself only took three days. The only reason I gave them a 'B' on quality is that a work truck accidentally hit out basketball pole in the driveway and snapped it off. I didn't really need it anymore since our kids are grown and the hoop hasn't been used in years. The garage floor replacement itself was very well done. I got three estimates on the job and all three dollar estimates were very close to each other and all three companies seemed very professional. I don't exactly recall why I chose this company but it did work out very well."

"Owner Greg Heinen provided me with an estimate to pour a concrete floor in our addition. He arrived on time with his crew and prepared the site for concrete. The day ran a little long because of a glitch with the city inspector, so the install had to be delayed until the next day. Everything went well with the install and Greg's crew finished the slab. Nice quality work and the site was cleaned up well."

"Having an old house means having old pipes. I came home from work and looked in the basement. Water Everywhere! I called on a Sunday and they were very responsive! They were in the basement with tools within the hour. Very dependable, extremely hard working and professional. Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely the best service I’ve ever had.
