"This was the second project that Genadek was hired for.  The reason Genadek was rehired to do work that no other contractor seemed to want to take on was because the company delivers what it says it will.  The first project was an extensive drain tile system with permeable pavers and a french drain, which has provided a beautiful place to entertain as well as much needed management of a high water table.  And when Genadek encountered issues with the high water table, they researched and came up with a plan - a plan that became the solution we had been searching for going on 6 years.
On both projects, Genadek was upfront about changing conditions of the project and gave us the information necessary to make a decision.  At no point was there a feeling that Genadek was doing anything other than respecting us and the financial constraints of the projects.  It is impossible to expect a bid to always be perfect down to the last penny, however Genadek makes a concerted effort to do just that and when they cannot - you will know why.

The only reason I gave them a 'B' on quality is that a work truck accidentally hit out basketball pole in the driveway and snapped it off. I didn't really need it anymore since our kids are grown and the hoop hasn't been used in years. The garage floor replacement itself was very well done. I got three estimates on the job and all three dollar estimates were very close to each other and all three companies seemed very professional. The day ran a little long because of a glitch with the city inspector, so the install had to be delayed until the next day. Everything went well with the install and Greg's crew finished the slab. Nice quality work and the site was cleaned up well."
