When I told Stan my vision, he found the blocks I had envisioned (other companies told me what they would use and it wasn't what I wanted), when I changed the design a little, asked all kinds of questions and wanted an extra layer of block put on, everyone went with the flow. I really appreciated the men keeping the area clean and I got a kick out of hearing "a clean work site is a happy work site".
