"David Kottke checked out our previously installed system as we had water on the basement floor. He quickly discovered problem was failure in condensation pump from an AC air handling unit and not the drain system. Serviced sump and tested casement drains as well. Pleasant and efficient. "Clint Hansen, the president, worked thru the quote and proposal with us, then communicated regularly with us on progress, etc. The building crews worked efficiently thru fall and winter. Made great progress against the quoted schedule. Work changes were executed well with the foreman and Clint, some smaller ones on the fly. Responsive to come back and adjust things where needed. Cleared up work area daily. Installed new sod where work vehicles had damaged the lawn. Subcontractors (electrical, HVAC) did good work as well. Payment plan in 3 phases. Took care of city permits and inspections. We installed carpeting ourselves but they came back to install baseboards afterwards.
Good company to work with, great value for the cost.
