"Ivan was great to work with. We had him replace siding and all windows, paint outside, a new front door, paint all walls and ceilings inside, replace counter-tops, paint cabinets and trim, remove an interior wall and bar, replace all sinks, add new lighting plus numerous small projects. He checked in daily to make sure the work was getting done properly. We encountered some delays (much of which was out of his control) but he always did everything in his power to make things right. "There were three men to do the work. They prepped, painted, and cleaned up. Entire unit was done in 6 hours, one hour ahead of their proposed schedule for doing the work. Three colors were used. One color for bathroom and laundry room. The two other colors were used on alternate walls in the bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and entry hallway. I bought the paint ahead of time. We painted over existing color. We did not change the color. One coat gave us adequate coverage for walls that were painted 10 years ago."
