We had him replace siding and all windows, paint outside, a new front door, paint all walls and ceilings inside, replace counter-tops, paint cabinets and trim, remove an interior wall and bar, replace all sinks, add new lighting plus numerous small projects. He checked in daily to make sure the work was getting done properly. We encountered some delays (much of which was out of his control) but he always did everything in his power to make things right. "It went fairly well - it took some time to get it scheduled and the person came about 15 minutes late, but he did an excellent job. Also, when the paint was not adhering properly in the second bathroom, the worker called the owner, and the three of us decided that I should double check to see if there was a leak or mold in the wall before continuing with the job. The owner also did not charge the full amount since the second bathroom was not painted. The worker left the bathroom and bedroom very clean. I'd love to hire them again, but it can be difficult to get a call back at times."
