The team came in and assessed my husband’s needs and tore out the old bathtub and put in a walk in shower. Raised the toilet and placed hand bars. "I especially appreciated the fact that Don gave me a lot of good suggestions and gave me options (I really was not sure exactly what I wanted -- just that I wanted to replace the tub with a shower.) And I was limited in what I could do because I have an extemely tiny bathroom. Don gave me the pros and cons of various choices -- for example, we can do X and it will let us finish the job in just a day or two, but it will up the price by $x. At one point, the white seat that I originally wanted inside the shower had been discontinued and I had to choose a different color. I chose caramel and Don suggested changing the grout to more of a brown color to go better with the seat and that turned out great! The project took a while (8 days) due mostly to the fact that they had to let each layer of concrete dry before moving on, with one more day delay caused by having to order a new seat color with matching grout. They did a great job and I am extremely happy with the final result!"

"The sales person Angie did a fantastic job helping us to understanding what all was involved. She even arranged for a little extra help. My husband had taken a fall recently and had a few broken ribs and was not able to move our new vanity into the bathroom. I talked to Angie and she said don't worry about it we'll help you out.
