"Was charged 3x more than the quote with no previous notice or explanation!!! ??? After patiently waiting until 6/20 for a “spring” irrigation startup due to scheduling, was told by the technician that they would setup the system and come speak with me if any other charges or repairs were needed. Technician left with no communication and received a $250 bill the next morning with no choice. Customer service was terrible and received threats that they would trespass and remove parts from my system if I did not pay. Payment was made within 12 hours of receipt since, but terrible experience! So many opportunities for a more positive customer experience- even to apologize that the quote was exceeded without notification and no repair needs were indicated during the service ( even with explicit commitment to doing so ). Instead of owning it, the tone was abrasive and asking if I’d like the equipment removed from my property. I almost never write reviews but don’t want anyone else to unknowingly experience this feeling?"

We are very satisfied with the final result. He was also very reasonably priced. We got three quotes for our job. One came back at 3 times as much as Chris's quote, and the other was almost double. They paid attention to details like taking care to not ruin the yard as they accessed our job site from the road and cleaning up everything when they were done. We can't say enough good things about Chris and his team."

His attention to detail is second to none and wants to make sure things are done right for the best looking and longest lasting slab as possible. He was very reachable by phone and email and was very punctual when it came to the project as a whole. He was willing to spend time with me when I had questions which I really appreciated. Compared to the other buildings around me this is by far the nicest slab. I would highly recommend Shawn and his team for any project."
