Shawn and his crew did a fantastic job on this project. I have had a number of contractors pour concrete for me in the past and he is by far the best I have dealt with. His attention to detail is second to none and wants to make sure things are done right for the best looking and longest lasting slab as possible. He was very reachable by phone and email and was very punctual when it came to the project as a whole. He was willing to spend time with me when I had questions which I really appreciated. Compared to the other buildings around me this is by far the nicest slab. I would highly recommend Shawn and his team for any project.

We contracted with a garage builder who subcontracted with killians. The cost of the project is estimated. The slab pour was large 1500 sq feet and there are many "cosmetic" issues. There is chatter along all edges. Power trowel marks throughout. Boot prints. Bubbles, rough areas, And exposed aggregate. We've been informed structurally this slab is good and these are cosmetic issues only. Time will tell how it holds up. We have seen other slabs that were poured around the same time as ours but by different providers and ours looks the worst. I would not recommend if you want a professional finish.

Very pleased with the initial work. It was timely, professional and very cost effective.

Almost three years later we do not have single crack in any of the concrete poured!

I highly recommend Shawn Killian.  The new driveway is just a world of difference.  I cannot talk high enough about Shawn, he is really an excellent person and he does an excellent job.  I could not believe he is dirt cheap or really on the inexpensive side and I would promote him highly.  His crew was excellent, they were on time, and were very good.  I just can’t say enough.  He came in with a low bid but I knew he couldn’t make it so I had him come out and rebid it but I added more to it and he was more than congenial about bringing the bid up.  I got four places to bid on this, he came in really low.  He is the one who did the foundation for my home addition, and I knew from watching his crew that they were very careful, very fast and they worked hard, so I knew we would not be disappointed and that is what made me think I should use him for the driveway and so I did.  I am thinking of bringing him back for another project.  This guy is really good; he is an excellent contractor.

It went really well. We called Shawn Killian to get an estimate to pour a step from our stoop to a future patio. The job mushroomed from the step to pouring the actual patio (which we initially planned to make from pavers). Shawn was very helpful with placement, color and pattern suggestions. We got one other bid for the job and it was within $100-$200 of Killian Masonry's bid. Work began approximately 3 weeks after we accepted the bid and was completed in a little less than a week. From what I saw, Shawn and his crew are careful and thorough. I was extremely pleased with the results.

SHAWN IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PAYS GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. HE ALWAYS RETURNED CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER IF NOT REACHABLE DIRECTLY. HE PROVIDED A VERBAL ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE THE DAY AFTER SEEING THE SITE AND A WRITTEN ESTIMATE SHORTLY AFTER. HE AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO FRIENDS.

SHAWN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED WITH THE INITIAL LAYOUT. THE POUR WAS DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS, BUT ONCE THEY STARTED THE WORK WAS COMPLETED PROMPTLY.
