I am a bit if a quality freak, pertaining to the carpet quality itself, and importantly the installation—this was primarily due to a poor installation we had from another vendor a couple years ago… I researched installers, and Tom had great reviews, so we reached out to him for advice and a bid. Tom couldn’t have been nicer, and it was very clear he knew what he was talking about.
