"Very patient with scheduling as we were waiting to finish a remodeling job before cleaning the carpets.  Nice and thorough job cleaning the carpets without hidden fees or upselling like other local providers.  Only complaint is the  carpet was extremely wet on completion, more than any other service I've used.  I don't know if they put more water down, or if their equipment isn't as strong to vacuum it up?  It took 2 days to dry, with fans running constantly.  In their defense though, the day they did it was almost 100% humidity.
